Data and content licensing.

CC BY 4.0 for Vokality’s own contributions. Original sources retain their own terms.

What Vokality licenses

Vokality licenses the original descriptions, documentation and any copyright or database rights it holds in Kòrsou.dev’s selection and arrangement of data under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). This grant applies only to rights Vokality controls.

You may share and adapt this material, including commercially, with attribution, a link to the license and an indication of changes. The full CC BY 4.0 legal code governs the grant and includes its warranty and liability provisions.

How to give credit

Credit Kòrsou.dev and Vokality, link the topic or API record you used and the license, and identify any changes. Retain the original provider’s attribution and any applicable source notices.

Example: Kòrsou.dev by Vokality — official exchange rates, CC BY 4.0 for Vokality’s contributions. Source: Centrale Bank van Curaçao en Sint Maarten. Changes: monthly averages calculated from the published daily rates.

Original sources and exclusions

Original source documents and source data subject to third-party rights are excluded from Vokality’s grant. Provider names and logos, other trademarks, fonts and software are also excluded; their separate terms remain applicable. The license does not impose restrictions on facts or other material reusable without permission.

  • CBS material retains its source attribution terms. Government calendar and tariff records retain their government-publication source information.
  • Upstream licensing for Selikor waste schedules, Curaçao Tourist Board visitor statistics and SVB contribution tables remains unknown. Attribution and this CC BY grant do not establish permission from those providers.
  • CBCS upstream licensing remains unknown. The bank’s document disclaimer includes informational and non-commercial conditions and a copyright-notice requirement. Vokality’s grant does not expand the bank’s permissions.

Each record’s provenance and the API’s dataset metadata retain the original provider, source URL and available source license information. Unknown terms remain marked as unknown. Use those terms alongside this page when assessing your intended reuse.
